    Holly is a transformational speaker and the founder of Center for the Heart, a nonprofit organization offering end-of-life and grief services to individuals and families, regardless of financial circumstances. Her credentials include End-of-Life Doula (EOLD) certification and advanced training in Grief Recovery Method Advanced Specialist (GRMAS)

    Keith Carrington

    Vice President

    Chair, Governance and Nominations

    Keith Carrington is Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer at Baptist Health Care, with deep experience in healthcare compliance, privacy, and regulatory affairs, including HIPAA, enterprise risk management, and government payor audits. He previously held Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer roles at Get Heal and North American Dental Group. He holds an Executive Juris Doctor in Health Law and an MBA.

    Joicy Lu

    Treasurer

    Chair, Finance and Audit Committee

    Joicy Lu is a strategic finance executive with 18 years in M&A, venture investment, and portfolio management. At CommonSpirit Health, she leads system-wide financial analysis for mergers, partnerships, and divestitures, and oversees due diligence for CommonSpirit Ventures, a $250M healthcare innovation fund. She previously served as a Senior Manager at Ernst and Young and Deloitte.

    Eric Curtis

    Board Member

    Chair, Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships Committee

    Eric Curtis is President, Chief Operating Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Windtree Therapeutics, with 26 years of biopharmaceutical experience. He has held senior commercial leadership roles at Bayer, GSK, and Johnson and Johnson, driving more than $2 billion in revenue and raising $650 million in capital. He earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University.

    Emily Paige

    Board Member

    Emily Paige is a marketing, communications, and organizational consultant, yoga therapist, and nonprofit professional who has been involved with Center for the Heart since its inception, contributing to communications, digital strategy, and development. She is the founder of Yoga Where U R Planted, supporting individuals navigating trauma and chronic stress. Based in France, she also serves as a case worker supporting asylum seekers.

    Girish Gajwani is a technology executive with two decades leading large-scale digital transformation across financial services. He specializes in modernizing complex platforms through cloud architecture, data strategy, and AI-driven innovation, having led initiatives across loan trading, consumer lending, and commercial real estate analytics. A frequent keynote speaker, his work emphasizes responsible innovation and the ethical integration of AI.‍

    Jessica is a public health leader with 20 years designing programs that center dignity, equity, and compassionate care for underserved communities. Her work spans business development, strategic communications, and scaling health innovations across USAID, UNICEF, and mission-driven nonprofits, with technical expertise in HIV, women's health, and integrated care. She holds a Master of Science from Georgetown University.

    Stuart Senator

    Board Member

    Stuart Senator is a Partner and General Counsel of Munger, Tolles and Olson LLP, advising the firm on governance and ethics, and counseling other leading law firms on legal ethics and professional responsibility. He serves as a director and officer of Public Counsel, the largest public interest law firm in the country, and has held several nonprofit board roles.
