Inspired by Jonathan Strelzik’s love of the game, we created this signature annual golf event to celebrate him as he, his wife - our Founder Holly Strelzik - and their family continue to move through the stages of Alzheimer's disease with presence, dignity, and heart.

Funds raised through the Heartline Classic support Center for the Heart’s mission to provide non-clinical end-of-life and grief support for individuals and families facing Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD), as well as other serious and terminal conditions.
