Help Us Create a Meaningful Day of Golf, Gathering, and Community

The Heartline Classic is more than a golf outing. It is a community gathering rooted in connection, remembrance, generosity, and care.

Volunteers will help welcome guests, support sponsors, assist with raffle and contest activities, keep the day moving smoothly, and make sure golfers and attendees feel supported from arrival through the cocktail reception.

Whether you can help for part of the day or stay through the full event, we would be grateful to know where you are most interested in lending a hand.

Volunteer Roles Needed

Here are some of the volunteer areas where support is most needed. You do not need prior golf outing experience. Once we receive your form, a member of the Center for the Heart team will follow up with details, timing, and next steps.

Content volunteers document the spirit of the day.

Responsibilities may include taking photos or short video clips and gathering information and consent for use in future communications and event-related materials.
